She told me I would get a discount and when I decided not to renew and needed to send my reports to my accountant made me pay for an entire month and would not offer to reimburse me even though I do not want to use this app. When I called to let them know that all of my employees can see how much each other made, which anybody with a brain knows that that’s not a good thing, the only person that could help me was on vacation and could not fix the problem when I tried to report the problem there was a bug and I was not able to report the problem. Trying to work with Bridget and the time sink team has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. ![]() Being in the customer service industry taking care of our customers is our number one priority.
